We want you to love your Boutine LA pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that all sale items and certain intimates are final sale to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email within 5-7 business days.
